three days per week . The ideal candidate will bring

a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with demonstrated proficiency in proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles—from skilled manufacturing to corporate and professional-level positions. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be essential in building a diverse and skillful workforce aligned with our organization's values, culture, and business goals. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean searches, job boards, social media, referrals, networking). Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Screen applicants for qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce recruitment reports as needed. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community engagement activities to attract individuals with varied skills. Stay current with industry trends, labor market data, and best practices in talent acquisition and inclusive hiring. Desired Qualifications & Education: Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience , including experience with both

high-volume manufacturing roles

and

professional/corporate roles . 4-year degree preferred and/or a mix of education and experience Demonstrated skill in effectively sourcing passive candidates using various tools and platforms. Proficiency in systems like Workday, or similar platforms. Proficient in interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to self-direct projects and work collaboratively in an organized hybrid work environment. Commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace and recruiting processes that support inclusion, equity, and belonging. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once. Work Environment & Schedule: Hybrid work model,

Pay Transparency Notice: The target total compensation for this position can range from $70,000 – $90,000, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end.
