As a Product Marketing Manager at Pepagora, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between product development and the market. You will craft compelling product narratives, build high-impact go-to-market strategies, and equip our sales teams with the right tools to win in a competitive SME tech landscape. This is a senior role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, market understanding, and execution excellence. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success teams to ensure our offerings resonate with the right audience and drive adoption. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiates Pepagora in the market.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Plan and execute product launches, feature releases, and campaigns for both domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align launch timelines and promotional activities. 3. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to understand trends, buyer personas, and decision-making criteria.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
4. Sales Enablement
- Create sales enablement content including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators.
- Train sales teams on product benefits, positioning, and objection handling. 5. Demand Generation Support
- Partner with the digital marketing team to create campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Develop product-led content such as webinars, blog posts, whitepapers, and videos.
6. Metrics & Optimization
- Track performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs such as product adoption, lead-to-win ratio, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and feedback. Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B platforms, or SME-focused tech products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.
