The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineer for current and emerging programs across the St. Louis region, including Berkeley, MO, Hazelwood, MO, St. Charles, MO, and Mascoutah, IL. Our Electrical Engineers develop and test electronic and electrical system requirements using analytical and technical skills, translating requirements into system architectures and modifying hardware and software designs for Boeing aircraft, unmanned vehicles, and more. These Capability Centers Support The Following Programs: F-47 – the next generation fighter for the Air Force T-7A – the next generation trainer for the Air Force F/A-18, EA-18G, F-15, F-22 – production tactical fighter aircraft ongoing major upgrades Several programs within the Phantom Works organization MQ-25 – Autonomous Carrier Landing Vehicles for the Navy Engineering Capability Centers – specialized engineering for Platform Cybersecurity, Product Security, Flight Simulation, Radar Development, and Advanced Mission Systems Precision Engagement Systems (PES) including Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC, and derivatives) and Cruise Missiles (SLAM ER, Harpoon, development weapons) Boeing Global Services including Support Equipment, Government Training Engineering, and US Air Force Programs Modification, Sustainment, and Product Support Boeing Test and Evaluation Position Responsibilities Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements according to contract requirements and customer feedback Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications Analyze, translate, and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle Define test and validation approaches to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements Resolve product integration issues and production anomalies Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements Design hardware, software, and interface specifications Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. The selected candidate must work onsite accordingly. Our teams are hiring for various experience levels, including Expert and Consultant Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineers. Note:

Some programs may require domestic and/or international travel. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required. A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance post-start is required. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science Reside in OR or willing to relocate to the St. Louis, MO region Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Aerospace Industry Strong communication, analytical, organizational skills, and teamwork experience Experience in design/build or test teams Experience creating or maintaining engineering processes Experience with electronic/electrical system design or test plan development Knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture Education/Experience Levels: Expert Level 4:

Typically requires 9+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Consultant Level 5:

Typically requires 14+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relocation assistance is available based on eligibility. Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace. This position is for 1st shift. Salary range varies by level: Level 4: $119,850 - $162,150; Level 5: $143,650 - $194,350. Applications are accepted until Sept. 20, 2025.
