Program Manager- Onsite Position- Defense Electronics As our Program Manager, you will work with the most innovative designers and manufacturers of rugged processing solutions that deliver optimal and reliable performance wherever they are deployed. You will be responsible for the performance of programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution. Location: Santa Clarita, CA Salary Range: $120,700.00 - 160,800.00 per year plus bonus. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in California. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%) Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%) Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%) Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (20%) Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%) Your Qualifications What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills Fosters a collaborative work environment Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance Experience in working with the Defense and Aerospace customer community and in serving as a principal point of contact Must be able to keep team members focused on schedule milestones and objectives and must motivate team members to develop cost effective, customer-oriented solutions and approaches.
