Be a vital part of a dynamic Operations team within a AAA game studio, where your expertise will directly impact the success of groundbreaking game development. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential technical support to game developers, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless workflow. Your contributions will empower the studio to create and deliver exceptional gaming experiences to players worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-person and remote user assistance for a variety of devices. Triage and resolve incidents, changes, and requests efficiently. Manage device enrollment, policy configuration, and identity management using industry-standard tools. Identify recurring incidents, investigate root causes, and implement solutions or escalate to the appropriate team. Maintain and update internal and external databases of documented solutions. Provide occasional server support, including hardware replacements, upgrades, and moves. Report on support incidents and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Handle IT hardware, including moving and lifting equipment up to 40 pounds. Support studio-wide IT asset operations, including tracking, maintenance coordination, and inventory audits for hardware and software. Assist with technology refreshes, equipment rollouts, and process improvements for cost-effective lifecycle management.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of related work experience in IT support or a related field. 2+ years experience triaging Azure AD and Intune 3+ year experience with support of Windows Desktop, Windows PC: software and hardware side Strong understanding of standard software and operating systems. Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Strong understanding of desktop support principles and best practices. Experience with core IT infrastructure components and management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30to $34an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
