Using proprietary processes, we harness one of the industry's most comprehensive datasets, sourced from hundreds of health agencies and the Freedom of Information Act. Job Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced user-focused UX Designer to join their Product team on an approximately 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll develop thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complex workflows simple and engaging, helping customers get the most out of our products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data experts to turn complex information into clear, user-friendly designs. This role is an opportunity to champion user needs, refine product interfaces, and have a direct impact on how customers interact with our platform. What You’ll Do ● Develop and execute UX strategy across product lines, ensuring designs align with user needs and business goals. ● Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces by translating complex workflows into clear, accessible designs. ● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine experiences. ● Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. ● Maintain and evolve design systems to drive consistency and scalability. ● Advocate for user-centered design by presenting research and design rationale to stakeholders. ● Stay informed on UX best practices and trends to continuously improve their approach. Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work. ● Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. ● Strong proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. ● Experience designing for complex B2B SaaS platforms, with an ability to simplify workflows and present data effectively. ● Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and front-end development constraints. ● Familiarity with Agile development processes and collaborating with product managers and engineers in iterative design cycles. ● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.
