You will serve as the initial point of contact, guiding callers to the appropriate clinic/service. This role involves utilizing our Electronic Medical Records system to communicate patient care and schedule appointments effectively and efficiently. You must maintain high customer service standards, a sense of urgency, reliability, data entry accuracy, active listening, and proper phone etiquette. The position requires floating and multitasking based on departmental needs.
