Summary Description RE Tech Advisors is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate Project Manager to bring their knowledge and experience in design and execution of various projects, heavily focused on SaaS development and database transition projects. RE Tech's platform is an industry-leading web application that provides our clients with the ability to monitor and improve building performance in order to achieve their overall sustainability goals. The Project Manager role is pivotal in progressing the developments for each of the stakeholders. The Project Manager works with clients and cross-functional teams (Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, etc.) to ensure the projects meet stakeholder objectives and is successful in the marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm working to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future. Essential Job Functions / Job Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for project initiatives, utilizing tools such as Jira and Asana.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure projects align with business objectives and adhere to company standards. Integrate each project into RE Tech's development roadmap.
Team Leadership and Coordination :
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
Foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project objectives.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Risk Management and Problem Solving :
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Address challenges and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Budget and Resource Management :
Monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to cost constraints.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands while maintaining quality standards.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
Prepare detailed project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3+ years in a project management role, with emphasis on leading cross-team collaboration, creative problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and success in project planning and management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience supporting sustainability, climate, energy and / or decarbonization programs or projects is a plus.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the strategic project planning and execution.
Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across multiple teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage competing priorities.
