Senior Sustainability TPM, Devices Sustainability

The Sr Sustainability TPM will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing product line strategies and initiatives to help new business areas decarbonize and reach net zero. They will work cross-functionally across Amazon Devices to develop and implement sustainability programs that bring measurable environmental benefits. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of sustainability or hardware development to translate this knowledge into actionable initiatives for device products. Strong communication, analytical skills, and systems thinking are essential for addressing complex, fast-moving problems. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment, interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must demonstrate strong business judgment, data analysis skills, excellent writing abilities, and comfort leading executive-level reviews. Experience analyzing and implementing lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments is required. A day in the life Collaborate with leadership to set customer strategy and make high-judgment trade-offs between features and sustainability needs. Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, working with stakeholders like engineering and product management. Establish goals, review metrics, identify opportunities, and measure success. Research and identify new opportunities for innovation on behalf of customers. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks and escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
