Responsibilities: • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision • Supervise the processes of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. • Design the layout to ensure efficient use of space. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. • Comply with all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. • Uphold standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. • Oversee stock control and reconcile it with the data storage system. • Conduct inventory audits and make recommendations on items to order and restock. • Manage warehouse associates by monitoring their work and ensuring the safe operation of warehouse equipment. • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipping and/or delivery of products. • Gather feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Qualifications Requirements: • Required to have a high school diploma or GED. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project) is essential. • Knowledgeable about HVAC material and equipment. • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives. • Practical experience with warehouse management software and databases. • Leadership abilities and experience managing staff. • Strong capabilities in decision-making and problem-solving. • Outstanding communication skills. • Must comply with the Company's minimum driving standards.
