The Contract Logistics Vice President will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the contract logistics division. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations. MUST RELOCATE TO CANADA How you create impact Oversee the management of all client supply chain operations and ensure efficiency, client profitability, and high quality service
Handle productivity, quality and safety standards in accordance with company needs and customer requirements
Ensure KPIs are met or exceeded for external clients and internal stakeholders
Drive a culture of Safety and Quality
Set targets to ensure Operational excellence
Provide direction, development, and leadership for leadership teams
Drive a culture of innovation, profitability, and success that values diverse voices, talents, identities, backgrounds and experiences
Ensure leadership is accountable for their financial and operational performance.
Overall P&L oversight of Canada
Complete annual US budget and rolling forecast and monitor to ensure the business unit meets or exceeds set target
Maximize client profitability of current operations
Support new business growth of new logo’s
Implement automation roadmap for key clients and personnel
What we would like you to bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years in the warehousing or 3PL space
10+ years of regional management experience with a heavy P&L responsibility
10+ years of business development experience
10+ years of experience in developing client relationships
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Process Improvement is a plus
Experience in driving DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs
