About The Team And The Role
The OneExperience Brand Team brings eBay’s brand to life through consistent, thoughtful, and expressive design. We partner across product and marketing teams to create a unified brand system that’s flexible, inclusive and built for the future.
As a Brand Designer on the OneExperience Brand Team, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visual design that helps evolve and scale eBay’s global brand system. You’ll contribute directly to the development of graphic systems and assets that define how eBay shows up across product and marketing experiences.
You’ll work alongside senior designers and art directors to ensure that the brand is consistently and creatively applied across a variety of contexts—from product identities and launches, as well as internal tools to marketing templates and documentation. This is a collaborative, hands-on role ideal for a designer who’s excited to learn, eager to grow, and ready to contribute meaningfully to a team shaping the next chapter of eBay’s brand.
You’ll have opportunities to stretch your skills, explore new creative directions, and help us build scalable design systems that make a real impact.
What You Will Accomplish
Design brand assets and components that align with our global design system and visual language Contribute to the creation and evolution of design guidelines, documentation and templates Collaborate with other designers, writers, and developers to ensure visual consistency across touchpoints Explore creative solutions that balance brand expression with accessibility and functionality Apply and evolve brand standards across product, marketing, and internal communications Help organize visual assets and maintain libraries to support scalability and efficiency
What You Will Bring
BS Degree and 5+ years of experience in brand, visual or product design A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual execution, brand alignment, and design systems awareness Proficiency with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and an excitement for exploring cutting-edge tools—including AI—as part of your creative process Curiosity about how systems, brand, and user experience intersect Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work A collaborative mindset—you enjoy sharing ideas, learning from others, and helping the team succeed
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with motion, 3D or sonic branding Experience contributing to or partnering with design systems teams Experience with AI generated design Background in ecommerce, global platforms, or customer-centered product design
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$108,000 - $186,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
