Full-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst II/III to join our Technology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact M&A transactions, capital raising initiatives, and strategic advisory projects for leading technology companies. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients, contributing to the execution of complex deals and helping drive innovation in one of the most dynamic sectors of the global economy. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution:

Support all phases of deal execution including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client deliverables. Financial Modeling & Valuation:

Build and maintain complex financial models including DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses. Client Materials:

Draft pitch books, management presentations, board materials, and other strategic documents for client meetings and deal processes. Industry Research:

Conduct in-depth research on technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to support client engagements. Mentorship & Leadership:

Begin to take on leadership responsibilities within the analyst team, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the technology sector. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Deep interest in the technology industry and understanding of key sector trends. Preferred Attributes: Experience working on live M&A or capital markets transactions. Familiarity with SaaS metrics, digital infrastructure, or emerging tech verticals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
