Job Summary
You will be working with our client who are well renowned in the public and financial sector. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget; managing schedules, risks, and dependencies; coordinating with internal teams and external vendors; ensuring quality and governance; communicating with stakeholders; and driving continuous improvement through reviews and lessons learned.
Responsibilities
Define and manageproject scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
Create and maintainproject schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Ensurealignment of deliverables and priorities across internal teams and external vendors.
Track and manageinternal teams’ deliverablesto ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate withexternal vendors and service providersto ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
Act as theprimary liaison for business and technical stakeholders.
Deliverstatus updates, dashboards, and executivelevel presentations.
Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies proactively to ensure project success.
Applybest practices in project governance and reporting, maintaining transparency at all levels.
Enforcequality checkpoints for deliverables from Technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conductpostimplementation reviews and lessons learned sessionsfor continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 8 years of experiencemanagingnetwork infrastructure projectsin enterprise environments.
Skilled inMicrosoft Excel (for analysis, RAID tracking, dashboards)andPowerPoint (for stakeholder and executive presentations).
UseRAID logs, RACI matrices, Gantt charts, burndown charts, and dashboardsto track progress and responsibilities.
Strong ability tomanage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholdersto ensure successful project delivery.
Familiarity with network technologies (WAN, LAN, load balancers, firewalls) to enable effective collaboration and discussions with technical leads (non-hands-on).
Proficiency inJIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet.
Understanding ofAgile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or ITILare advantageous
