Job Overview:
KDP is seeking a
Sales Insights & Analytics Manager
to join our Analytics & Operations BevCon Center of Excellence team. This person will own the development and utilization of data and insights for internal and external support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, ambitious, technically adept, solutions-oriented, and capable of analyzing datasets to create insightful, fact-based selling stories. They will lead the development of bottler/retailer selling stories focusing on supporting the sell-in of national/regional products, innovation, and programs. What you’ll be responsible for: Develop localized selling stories for bottlers and/or retailers to gain distribution, space, and program alignment for products like Dr Pepper, Crush, Schweppes, Core 5, and Stills. Prepare weekly/monthly reports, summarizing key drivers and indicators, and synthesize insights at both granular and high levels. Collaborate with National Account Executives to develop retail account-specific selling stories across large and small formats (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, 7-Eleven). Work with Bottler Activation Managers to leverage facts, confirm regional strategies, and provide sales insights for regional initiatives. Anticipate future demands of the Sales team and broader KDP organization, designing solutions to meet those needs. Partner with Circana data vendor on strategic story development, data accuracy, and regional data access. Lead the design and strategy of analytic tools to assess business performance among key stakeholders (e.g., scorecards, innovation reporting, item availability). Proficiency in analytical concepts, project management, and data visualization tools.
