Job Description:
As an Associate Partner in HR Transformation, Business Sales & Delivery Executive for Oracle (Band 10), you will lead transformation projects focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements.
Your roles and responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary consultant to key client stakeholders, managing relationships, and understanding their business needs and objectives. Business Development:
Lead sales activities for Oracle HCM solutions within IBM Consulting, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Solution Design and Strategy:
Develop and present Oracle HCM transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with industry trends and best practices. Project Delivery:
Oversee project execution, including resource management, risk mitigation, change management, and quality assurance. Thought Leadership:
Represent IBM at industry events, publish thought leadership pieces, and contribute to developing solutions and methodologies. Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead and mentor consultants, fostering continuous learning and innovation. Financial Management:
Manage project budgets and profitability, ensuring engagements meet financial targets. Partnership:
Collaborate with Oracle's sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise Minimum of 10 years in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership or partner roles. Proven success in delivering large-scale HCM transformation projects. Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM suite (Fusion HCM, Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) and related technologies. Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation, integration, and customization. Strong business acumen to leverage technology for business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
