Now, we’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to run our document production crew. If you’ve managed a busy retail floor, call center, or service team and can juggle deadlines, people, and a little bit of chaos without breaking a sweat—you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the captain of a team that processes and delivers legal documents to our clients. Your job? Keep the work flowing, the team motivated, and our clients happy. Some days you’ll be leading, some days you’ll be troubleshooting, and some days you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and jumping in to help the team hit deadlines.

Here’s the short version of your day-to-day:

Lead, coach, and support your production staff. Prioritize daily workflows and assign tasks based on business needs. Maintain exceptional client service and quick response times. Monitor performance, productivity, and quality using KPIs and SLAs. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. Safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with all policies.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Leadership experience in fast-paced environments like retail, call centers, or customer service operations. A proven ability to manage deadlines, team performance, and client expectations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfort with technology, digital files, and workflow systems. A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus) 4+ years of supervisory or office management experience in a high-volume setting, including direct people management Proven experience managing team performance, quality, and deadlines Preferred: Experience managing teams using KPIs and SLAs
