About The Role
As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll lead the development of editorial content across our site, catalog, and integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll partner closely with creative leadership, design, and cross-functional teams to shape messaging that’s elevated, consistent, and aligned with our evolving brand voice.
Responsibilities
Craft high-quality, on-brand copy for digital, print, and campaign assets—including site, catalog, and marketing channels Uphold and evolve editorial standards, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging Collaborate with creative and design leads to concept seasonal storytelling and brand expressions Manage copy deliverables and timelines across multiple projects and channels Present and articulate copy rationale in review meetings Partner cross-functionally to ensure creative briefs are fully realized Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field 7+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within retail Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into compelling copy Expertise in writing for both digital and print, with a keen understanding of channel nuances Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects across seasons and channels Collaborative spirit with strong project management and communication skills Passion for home décor, design, and lifestyle content preferred Ability to work onsite full-time in our San Francisco office (pending local and company guidance)
