This Brand Manager will develop healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies for two INGREZZA indications: tardive dyskinesia (TD) and Huntington’s disease chorea (HDC). Responsibilities include creating branded content, disease education, and optimizing campaigns across digital, print, and video channels. The role involves message development, managing agency vendors, and collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives within budget and deadlines. Your Contributions:

Execute branded and unbranded campaigns targeting HCPs for TD and HDC. Develop promotional tactics to increase brand awareness and adoption, including sales materials, conference collateral, and advertising resources. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment on promotional activities. Manage agency and vendor activities related to HCP initiatives. Collaborate on digital marketing efforts and non-personal promotions. Support sales training to enhance product knowledge and messaging. Assist in conference strategy, including booth support and staffing. Partner with sales and analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize efforts. Manage budgets and track expenditures in collaboration with finance. Travel up to 25% within the US may be required. Requirements:

Experience: BS/BA in marketing or life sciences with 6+ years in pharma marketing, sales, or advertising agency; OR MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR PharmD or PhD with 1+ years of relevant experience. Experience managing advertising agencies and in CNS or psychiatry is preferred. Experience with rare diseases or product launches is a plus. Skills: Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Deep expertise in marketing principles and broad knowledge of related areas. Ability to anticipate issues and recommend improvements. Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term impact. Leadership and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
