Job Summary As the Human Resources Sr. Manager, you will provide support in associate relations, recruitment, training, and diversity initiatives. You will consult on policies, procedures, and programs related to these areas. Responsibilities include screening and interviewing applicants, monitoring HR modules in payroll systems, onboarding new employees, and administering employee benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build a strong talent bench Research and recommend applicant sourcing resources Implement and manage Employee Rewards Programs Screen, interview, and test job candidates; notify staff of internal opportunities; maintain personnel records; coordinate temporary staffing Support payroll processes and generate reports for management Administer benefits, vacation, and leave policies; assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries Review unemployment claims and coordinate with legal counsel as needed Maintain HR records in PeopleHub, including organization charts, new hires, transfers, and terminations Research employment laws and ensure compliance in disciplinary processes Conduct new employee orientations and explain company policies and benefits Document HR actions and maintain accurate records Participate in professional development activities to stay current in HR practices Communicate HR updates and announcements to staff Investigate associate relations issues and recommend resolutions Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and turnover Represent the organization in personnel hearings and investigations Support employee satisfaction surveys and feedback processes Attend operational meetings, conduct training sessions, and support HR initiatives Engage with community and educational organizations to promote employment opportunities Identify critical HR needs and implement solutions Conduct new hire orientations and management training sessions Prepare HR assessments and reports for senior management Deliver HR training at workshops and meetings Conduct regular HR-related training (e.g., Sexual Harassment, Progressive Discipline) Participate in HR business planning and initiatives Basic Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) Experience with employee file management and organizational charts in PeopleHub Ability to generate reports as needed Basic knowledge of compensation and wage structures Experience with employee orientation and benefits administration Interviewing skills Professionalism and strong organizational skills Cooperative attitude and ability to perform various tasks Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience Job Location Headquarters and unit offices Equipment / Machines Used Computer, standard office supplies, PeopleHub, Compass USA Software Apply to Epicurean today!
