Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA)

JPMorgan Chase . In this role, you will execute strategic HR priorities and support clients across the US Wealth Management organization. As the primary relationship manager, you'll work within a Center of Excellence/Shared Service structure, supporting senior HR Business Advisors and business leaders on core HR activities. Your responsibilities include implementing people agenda initiatives, advising on organizational changes, supporting compensation processes, partnering on performance and talent management, facilitating feedback initiatives, providing coaching, supporting HR risk and controls, utilizing workforce data, and leading HR projects to align with key priorities. You will leverage HR products and services to enhance business outcomes and co-create segment solutions.
