Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - M-TH 7:30a-5:30p, F 7:30a-11:30a
Summary of Position
Assist and support the Director in all college functions within the Gatesville site.
Minimum Required Education
High school diploma or GED required
or
certification / successful completion of relevant trade school (30 college credits)
and
one-year wage earning clerical experience.
Minimum Required Experience
Four years wage-earning administrative experience or certificate/30 credit hours and one years' wage-earning administrative experience. Experience with billing activities required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively with students and faculty, and prison staff face to face or via the Internet and telephone. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
