The DNA Group is seeking a LIMS Systems Administrator to provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Clinisys LIMS System and its associated hardware components. The selected candidate will manage desk requests and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Overview Requirements:
Extensive experience administering Clinisys LIMS or similar Laboratory Information Management System, including system configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
Experience working in a Helpdesk role supporting end-users in an enterprise environment.
Experience troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues.
Experience supporting and maintaining both desktop and web applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory.
Strong documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with laboratory staff, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to align the system with organizational needs while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience: 10 years (Required)
Administering Clinisys LIMS or similar Laboratory Information Management System – including system configuration, management, and troubleshooting: 6 years (Required)
Help desk experience installing and configuring desktop/laptop hardware and software in an enterprise environment: 6 years (Required)
Supporting Windows OS – management of drivers, peripherals, drive mapping, patches, and upgrades: 6 years (Required)
Troubleshooting Local and Wide Area network connectivity – IP, Domain, Subnet, and Wi-Fi: 6 years (Highly desired)
Working in a Forensic or Health Laboratory, preferably in an IT role: 2 years (Nice to have)
