Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) Intermediate
Security Clearance Requirement: Current and Active DoD Top Secret is required.
Salary Range: $120K - $160K

Job Description: The ISSM supports the implementation of Information Assurance (IA) policy, regulatory compliance, and training for the assigned Project Office. Responsibilities include ensuring the full implementation of the IAVM program, performing risk analyses, and certifying and accrediting Information Systems per DoD and Army regulations.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with system developers on security design, vulnerability management, and RMF documentation.
Ensure systems meet contractual security requirements and are compliant with security standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, IA, or system security engineering.
Active Top Secret Clearance at hire.
Experience with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies, RMF, and IA compliance.
Ability to work independently and with teams.
Willingness to obtain IAM Level III certification within six months.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications like CISSP, Security+, CISM are a plus.
