KeenLogic is seeking an

IT Management Specialist

to join our team supporting one of our government clients. This is a full-time position offering Fortune 500-level benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance. Educational Requirements: BS or BA, or 4+ additional years of related experience.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Travel: Must be able to travel 50%

Essential Required Experience & Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret or Top Secret clearance

2+ years of experience in information technology management (industry, government, or consulting).

5+ years of experience in contingency contracting and/or managing contingency tools.

IT project management experience using Microsoft tools.

Experience in managing IT services and strategies.

Technical skill in IT benchmarking and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Essential Responsibilities: Provide project management support for an IT organization focused on IT benchmarking.

Identify critical tasks, manage project meetings, and prepare executive presentations for senior leadership.

Conduct IT benchmarking pre-assessment visits, including recording customer interview results, evaluating questionnaires, and developing follow-up questions.

Support Benchmarking Assessment visits by recording feedback, collecting observations, and generating out-briefing presentations.

Collect, analyze, and create final reports with observations, recommendations, and best practices.

Track the status of best practices and IT service improvement opportunities.

Develop and deliver IT benchmarking standard operating procedures, processes, templates, checklists, tools, and policies.

Perform technical infrastructure maintenance using tools like Advana and ServiceNow.

Collaborate with JCXS system users to analyze requirements and document enhancements, interfaces, and new developments.

Provide user assistance, tutoring, and ad hoc training on JCXS systems.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with support resources to resolve problems.

Develop and update training materials, FAQs, and lessons-learned documentation.

Responsible for creating, maintaining, or providing input for deliverables like:

Training Material (manuals, reference guides)

Enhancement/Interface Requirements Documentation

Lessons-Learned Documents

Development Requirements Documentation

Development Training Materials
