We are seeking a full-time or part-time BC/BE Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our well-established and busy practice. As an oral surgeon on our team, you will see multiple patients daily and provide medical and surgical recommendations for their issues. You will perform both minor and major oral surgeries, including dentoalveolar procedures, bone grafting, dental implants, All-on-4, pathology, and IV sedation. The ideal candidate holds all necessary licensing for Maryland, has excellent chairside manner, and good communication skills. Responsibilities Provide consultations with patients, offering medical opinions on surgery needs and potential outcomes Perform routine and complex dental surgeries, including extractions, grafting, and implants under IV sedation Collaborate with referring dentists and medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care Maintain thorough and accurate post-operative and treatment records Qualifications Must hold current DDS or DMD degree and be licensed in Maryland Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
