Digital Marketing/Web Production Senior Associate
Summary Description We are looking for a web producer to join our global digital strategy team to support a major website redesign. This is an exciting opportunity to support a critical initiative and drive the execution of digital marketing strategies on ***.com. This role reports to the Director of Web Production and is part of the Enterprise Digital Marketing team at ***. Your Role and Responsibilities You will join a global web production team responsible for managing ***.com's web content. As a senior associate, you will work on building new website pages within the ***.com CMS. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with digital, design, technical, and marketing skills. We seek someone dedicated to providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and committed to enhancing ***’s digital brand. You will need the following skills and experience: Build compelling web pages in ***’s CMS, following UX and Brand Guidelines Test new components for quality, reporting bugs to development teams Serve as a CMS expert with deep functionality knowledge and ability to train others Collaborate with subject matter experts on SEO recommendations Assist in developing, documenting, and improving CMS processes Preferred experience includes: Website content management systems (Drupal experience is a plus) Adobe Photoshop for image resizing and cropping Project management tools such as Jira and Monday Attributes of a successful candidate include: An ambitious self-starter willing to execute and get the job done Problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability A curious, continuous learner Excellent communication skills for a distributed global team Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills If this sounds like you, please click the “Apply” link to submit your application.
