Enlightened, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented

Temporary Payroll Accountant

to manage all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple states. Responsibilities include handling payroll activities such as time collection, payroll submission, journal entries, and reconciliation of PTO and fringe benefits, as well as resolving payroll issues related to taxes and deductions. Position Responsibilities

Manage timesheets in ADP Time & Attendance, export data to Microsoft Dynamics SL, and manage user access, groups, schedules, and charge codes. Validate and process electronic timesheets for accuracy and compliance with regulations (e.g., Service Contract Act, wage garnishments). Enter new hire data, process employee changes, and maintain payroll records. Process weekly timesheet corrections in Microsoft Dynamics SL. Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries and support employees. Reconcile quarterly ADP state and federal tax filings. Prepare and post payroll journal entries. Reconcile vacation and sick leave balances in ADP. Assist with audits and special projects as needed. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 3 years of payroll processing experience. Proficiency in ADP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn quickly.
