As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships by leveraging your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy, while developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card, and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation teams. Job responsibilities Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews Raise new solution ideas and partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development of complex products and solutions Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects, and clients on working capital solutions through client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and media platforms Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 6 years of cash management sales and relationship management experience Success in developing new business with a focus on prospecting, utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizations Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills Proven experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree Certified Treasury Professional designation Strong creative, solution-oriented, and problem-solving abilities Required Experience :
