Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled, dependable Lead Cabinet & Kitchen Remodel Installer to oversee projects from start to finish. This role requires leading by example, working efficiently and cleanly, and taking pride in delivering top-tier results. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities : Lead full kitchen remodels including cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, trim, and painting. Oversee site safety, organization, and daily progress. Interpret plans and ensure precise installations. Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners. Operate, maintain, and prepare tools and materials for projects. Guide junior installers and maintain project flow. Ensure on-time project completion through efficiency and high standards. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in kitchen remodeling or cabinetry. Strong finish carpentry and molding skills (required). Familiarity with cabinet tools, design specifications, and layout planning. Problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and dependability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work actively on-site. Preferred but not required : Experience in cabinet refacing, painting, or refinishing. Leadership or crew management experience. Spanish language proficiency. Work Location : West Atlanta Metro including Powder Springs, Smyrna, Mableton, Hiram, and nearby areas.
