Key Responsibilities System Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the IT infrastructure, including McLeod TMS and EDI, within 30 days. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and drive automation across load tracking, dispatch, and billing within 90 days. Data & Reporting: Develop a unified dashboard within 3 months, providing real-time insights for leadership. AI & Innovation: Lead AI-driven initiatives to improve forecasting, operational efficiency, and decision-making within 6 months. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Conduct a full security audit within 30 days, implementing risk mitigation strategies within 6 months. Training & Change Management: Develop IT training programs for managers and employees within 90 days. Scalability & Growth: Design a 3-year IT roadmap to ensure the technology infrastructure scales with business expansion. Vendor & Budget Management: Evaluate and optimize IT vendor contracts within 60 days and establish a cost-benefit analysis model for tech investments within 4 months. Who You Are A visionary IT leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-growing environments. Experienced in transportation tech, including McLeod TMS, EDI, and AI-driven analytics. A strategic thinker who excels in systems optimization, data integration, and automation. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership. Qualifications 7+ years in IT leadership, process improvement, or digital transformation roles. Expertise in transportation/logistics IT systems, particularly McLeod TMS and EDI.
