Product Management | AI & Prospecting Lead the future of AI-powered sales prospecting at ZoomInfo. This role drives the development of intelligent, autonomous prospecting workflows that leverage generative AI and AI agents to transform how sales professionals identify, engage, and convert leads. Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration Define and execute product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled prospecting Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and data science teams Analyze user behavior with tools like Amplitude/Tableau to drive decisions Lead cross-functional execution and customer-focused innovation Serve as the voice of the customer and AI product evangelist What You Bring:
Deep understanding of sales personas and workflows AI-native mindset; experience building or working with AI-based products Strong written communicator with experience writing PRDs and roadmaps Proven ability to tie product features to business outcomes Passion for design, UX, and customer feedback loops Experience with metrics-driven product management and autonomy in decision-making Build intelligent, agentic prospecting workflows Deliver measurable impact on user engagement and revenue Gain recognition as a thought leader in AI sales automation Foster strong internal and external partnerships to iterate and scale AI solutions
