In this role you will be responsible for driving the Terms product, a part of the Compliance product line that helps firms manage their contractual terms and commitments with clients. You will manage the entire product development lifecycle and be responsible for ensuring the success of the solution in the market. You will work closely with clients, other product teams, engineering, and Intapp's front line teams while acting as an internal and external product and market expert and evangelist. What you will do: Spearhead the formulation of product vision, roadmap, and strategy in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities and drive product innovation that sets Intapp Terms apart in the market. Assume ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Define comprehensive product requirements, articulate clear user stories, and prioritize feature development based on rigorous analysis of business impact and customer value. Work with Intapp's leading AL/ML engineers and data scientists to infuse generative and agentic AI capabilities into the product. - Be a domain expert who develops deep external relationships with clients and partners to evangelize the product and anticipate emerging market trends and client needs. Serve as the primary conduit between internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, customer support, and development teams. Foster alignment, transparency, and collaboration by communicating product vision, roadmap, and updates with clarity and conviction. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to devise compelling go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. Forge strong partnerships with customer success and support teams to proactively address customer pain points, gather feedback, and resolve product issues expediently. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value through continuous improvement initiatives. What you will need: Extensive experience (8+ years) in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of delivering high-impact products. Mastery of SaaS principles, agile methodologies, and product management best practices. Expertise with contract lifecycle processes, including contract review, negotiation, and obligation enforcement software products. Exceptional analytical acumen with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from data. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives at scale. Previous experience in enterprise vertical SaaS or industry-specific software products is highly desirable.
