IVIRMA North America is currently seeking an Associate Genetic Counselor. This is a full-time remote position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Candidates must be located near one of our locations to visit the office when needed. Job Purpose: The Associate Genetic Counselor is an ABGC board-certified or board-eligible genetic counselor. This role involves working with patients and staff across our U.S. sites, requiring minimal supervision, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide genetic risk assessment and counseling for patients or couples with reproductive indications. Complete clinical documentation promptly. Assist clinical staff with genetic testing assessment, result evaluation, and additional testing facilitation. Maintain Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements. Stay updated on new technologies in reproductive genetics. Incorporate the organization’s core values into daily duties. Perform additional duties as assigned. Academic Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program. ABGC Certification or eligibility for certification. Note:

The candidate must become certified within five years of graduation and maintain certification during employment. Re-certification is required every five years per ABGC policies. Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for full or provisional licensure in the candidate’s state of residence and in states where IVI RMA operates. Experience: Previous experience in ART / IVF genetic counseling is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer use is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
