Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on ERP modernization, digital transformation, and SAP deployment. This individual will manage project timelines, resources, stakeholder communication, and delivery to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of large-scale IT programs, especially around SAP and enterprise systems
- Create program roadmaps, define KPIs, and manage risks
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet milestones
- Report on status, budget, and performance to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and company standards
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
- Experience managing SAP or large ERP rollouts
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification preferred
