Compensation Range: $135,000 - $150,000 base 12% bonus
Job Description:
Drive the software lifecycle for a mission-critical medical communication system, ensuring reliable data exchange across hospital departments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-5 cross-functional scrum teams
  
• Lead stand-ups and manage full software project lifecycle
  
• Coordinate with software managers, clinical engineers, and system engineers
  
• Track and report on software metrics to drive development performance
  
• Balance Agile and Waterfall practices in a regulated environment
  
• Contribute to building a scalable software PM framework
  

• Must-Haves:
  
  • 10 years of software project management experience
    
  • Background in software development; ideally began career as a software engineer
    
  • Experience in software workflow and metric-driven development
    
  • Proven ability to manage mid-lifecycle software projects
    
  • Experience in medical device (Class II or III) environments
    

• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and ThreadX
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
