Semiotic.AI - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — AI-to-AI Micropayments

Weʼre the core team behind Odos, a leading DEX aggregator, and a core contributor to The Graph, the data layer for blockchains. Weʼve also incubated Cambrian Network, focused on agentic finance and verifiable blockchain data for AI systems. Our work lives at the intersection of cryptography, programmable money, and machine intelligence. Weʼre a nimble, product-driven team shipping infrastructure that serves millions of users across crypto networks. Weʼre now looking for a CTO to help us define and deliver whatʼs next. The Role Weʼre looking for a hands-on, high-agency CTO to work directly with the executive team to co-lead product incubation, from early validation through prototype to launch. Youʼll be the senior technical voice shaping new ideas in areas like payments, cryptographic systems, and agent protocols—and will collaborate with business and ecosystem leads to drive from whiteboard to code. You should be equally excited to sketch out an architecture doc, prototype a working POC, or pressure-test a go-to-market plan. This is a builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from collaborating cross-functionally, and has the technical range to go from 01.

What Youʼll Do Define and architect early-stage products with an emphasis on payments, liquidity flows, or other fintech/ defi use cases

Rapidly prototype new ideas and iterate on internal feedback, technical feasibility, and user needs

Serve as technical counterparty to COO—translating between business needs, technical architecture design, and execution

Lead or advise product engineering teams (internal or partnered) once projects move from incubation to build phase

Contribute to long-term technical direction across Semioticʼs ecosystem work

Represent Semiotic in protocol working groups, technical discussions, and ecosystem collaborations

Strong technical foundation in blockchain systems—especially smart contract design, transaction flows, payments, or protocol infrastructure

Prior experience as a builder, CTO, staff engineer, or tech lead in a crypto company or adjacent startup

Comfort building prototypes in Solidity, TypeScript, Rust, or similar languages used across crypto tooling
