Provides a Lawyer Referral that includes up to 30-minute initial consultation with an attorney for a $40 fee prepaid with a MasterCard or VISA. There is no fee for a referral for a disability claim, or if you have a catastrophic personal injury. The attorneys who serve on the panel are regular attorneys and charge regular attorney fees for their services, after the initial consultation. M-Th, 9am-noon, 1pm-4pmClosed during the noon hour, Friday's and all major holidays NO walk-in services are available. This is a phone service. Call and leave a message and they will get back to you within two business days or sooner. If you don't hear from them, please try calling them back. They have limited staff and do their best. Fee $40 per referral fee for all referrals except for those referred for a disability claim or appeal and those referred for a catastrophic injury. All fees beyond the first 30 minutes will be between you and the attorney at regular attorney rates.
