Franklin Park, IL (Hybrid –4 days in office) About the Role A global organization operating in the industrial services and manufacturing space is seeking a

Corporate Controller

to lead its corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to a senior finance executive. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting for a complex, multi-entity structure Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls Oversee technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition and long-term contract accounting Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Support external audit and regulatory reporting Partner with business unit controllers across a decentralized structure Drive process improvements and system enhancements Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required) Big Four or mid-tier public accounting foundation 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in industrial or manufacturing environments Strong experience with complex consolidations and technical accounting Familiarity with long-term contract or project-based accounting methods Public company experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Competitive base salary range of $250,000-$350,000 Annual performance-based bonus Long-term incentive plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Hybrid work flexibility High visibility and impact in a newly forming leadership team Why Join?
