. Position Summary We are

seeking

a hands-on, engineering leader to drive modernization and development initiatives across

Aptean’s

enterprise planning platform. This Director will oversee engineering delivery across

multiple supply chain planning products

while helping to unify and evolve our architecture through greenfield builds and strategic platform integrations. This role sits at the center of

Aptean’s

modernization strategy and requires someone who excels at technical orchestration, cross-functional alignment, and high-velocity execution. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent R&D workstreams, including legacy modernization, new feature development, and integration of

platforms into a cohesive enterprise planning suite Translate architectural direction into scalable engineering plans and oversee consistent delivery across cross-functional teams Drive platform improvements in stability, performance, extensibility, and interoperability with other Aptean and customer systems Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure

timely

, secure, and scalable releases Identify

and remove technical bottlenecks, oversee resourcing, and implement best-in-class development and DevOps practices Champion modern engineering practices—CI/CD pipelines, containerization, automated testing, and cloud-native design Support M&A integrations from a technical perspective, ensuring seamless adoption and architecture alignment Required Qualifications 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles in enterprise SaaS or SCM/ERP platforms Proven success managing

concurrent initiatives across multiple product lines or technical areas Strong background in platform modernization, cloud migration, and high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS environments Technical fluency in modern infrastructure (Azure preferred), containerized systems (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation Experience

participating

in M&A technical

due-

diligence and post-acquisition engineering integration Strong communication

skills and the ability to partner

across
