Senior Data Analyst , youll empower both strategic decision-making and product development by delivering robust dashboards, insightful analyses, and data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or similar tools to deliver clear, actionable insights. Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python from platforms like Snowflake. Optimize and scale reporting systems for efficiency and accessibility. Monitor product KPIs such as user engagement, feature usage, and success metrics. Conduct experiments to guide product decisions and roadmaps. Analyze user behavior to assess feature performance and optimize rollouts. Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to align analytics with strategic goals. Translate business questions into analytical requirements and provide data-driven insights. The Perfect Match: What You Bring Experience:

58 years in data analytics or product analytics.

Tools & Technical Skills: Advanced SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)

Experience with tools like Tableau, or Looker

Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, or Google Analytics

Knowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow for data warehousing and data pipelines

Analytical Strengths: Strong background in hypothesis testing, and regression analysis

Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

Understanding of ETL and data transformation workflows

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborative mindset and experience working across departments

Education:

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.

Languages: English proficiency (spoken and written)
