Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer specializing in observability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with vendor-agnostic networking equipment and a strong focus on observability to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain observability solutions to monitor network performance, availability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and metrics to provide visibility into network operations and health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network observability with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on network and observability practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing diverse network infrastructure in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of network automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• CCNP Data Center certification preferred
