Job Title: Manager of GIS
Location: Warrington, Malvern, or Easton, PA
Position Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager of GIS to lead the development and expansion of GIS operations across our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in GIS services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor GIS staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead GIS business development efforts and expand internal/external GIS capabilities.
• Present GIS solutions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, and reports.
• Manage and implement ESRI ArcGIS technologies (Pro, Portal, Enterprise, Mobile).
• Leverage programming skills in Python, SQL, or other languages to support GIS analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate GIS with business and operational workflows.
• Utilize knowledge of municipal datasets and underground utility networks.
• Assist with AutoCAD integration and GIS file management.
• Conduct research and write grants to support GIS initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of GIS experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS suite and scripting tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS data conversion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
