Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded Full Stack IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This position requires deep infrastructure knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. On-call availability is required for support of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support core IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Administer and troubleshoot wired and wireless data networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Configure and support Fortinet firewalls, including security policies, IPS/IDS, and remote access.
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, domain controllers, and Group Policy.
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Purview.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth, SAML, and related technologies.
  • Package, deploy, and support software on Windows and macOS platforms (e.g., MSI, PKG, Intune Win32, JAMF).
  • Administer endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile) using Microsoft Intune and other MDM tools.
  • Support and administer unified communications systems, including Vonage.
  • Oversee and optimize Wi-Fi performance, access point configurations, SSID/VLAN assignments, and roaming.
  • Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and enforce infrastructure standards.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours infrastructure support.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and endpoints.
  • Proficiency in managing and securing network environments (wired and Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with Fortinet, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, AD, Defender, and Purview.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and configuring SSO solutions (OAuth, SAML).
  • Knowledge of software packaging and deployment for both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with Wi-Fi technologies, including enterprise access points, SSID management, and network segmentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fortinet NSE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, etc.).
