This role is responsible for overall maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Head Mechanic.
Responsibilities - Assist with the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment and specialized machinery - Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify necessary repairs, and collaborate with the Head Mechanic to determine next steps - Install and test equipment and electrical components to ensure proper operation - Carefully dismantle machinery when needed to access and replace parts, using appropriate lifting tools and safety procedures - Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of equipment to maintain optimal performance - Support additional maintenance tasks as needed to keep operations running efficiently

Required Skills & Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role - Familiarity with plant machinery maintenance, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and PLC troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Welding experience
