Position Summary:

The Process Piping Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of ultra-high-purity (UHP) process piping installations and tool hook-ups in cleanroom environments. This includes supervising pipefitting and welding crews, enforcing safety and quality standards, and interfacing with clients and other trades to ensure flawless project execution.

This role is critical in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient hook-ups of process tools for high-tech manufacturing facilities, in alignment with SEMI standards, OSHA regulations, and CAM's project objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise a crew of up to 12 fusion technicians across multiple bays, managing labor assignments, daily production goals, and earned-value tracking. Plan and execute daily work packs based on project scope, schedules, and coordination with other trades. Lead daily pre-task plans (PTPs) and ensure work is executed safely and efficiently. Ensure full compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart J, SEMI S2/S8/F15, and cleanroom confined-space entry protocols (RMF). Oversee lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and permit verification for hazardous chemical and gas lines. Conduct daily safety walks, initiate corrective actions, and drive a culture of hazard reporting and prevention. Interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and OEM hook-up schematics to generate cut lists and welding parameters. Coordinate pressure and leak testing using hydrostatic, nitrogen, or helium methods. Maintain welding logs, weld maps, and QC documentation for turnover packages. Collaborate with QA/QC personnel to close punch lists and achieve first-pass yield targets of ≥98%. Participate in continuous improvement reviews, contributing to updates of SOPs and training programs. Provide progress updates, manpower forecasts, and look-ahead plans to project management. Represent the Process Piping discipline in coordination meetings, walk-downs, and customer interfaces. Qualifications:
