Requirements
We are seeking a
Junior Business Analyst
with strong knowledge of
Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud)
and exposure to development and scalable design thinking. This role supports technology delivery teams in a financial services environment and requires a mix of business analysis, Salesforce platform understanding, and agile team collaboration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, gathering and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements. Write clear, concise, and actionable
user stories
with well-defined
acceptance criteria
in Agile environments. Analyze, manage, and help clean up
technical debt
in a legacy Salesforce org. Lead
requirement elicitation sessions , workshops, and meetings with key stakeholders and product owners. Design and recommend scalable Salesforce configurations, including
workflows ,
validation rules , and
automation flows
(Process Builder, Flow, etc.). Work with Salesforce developers, QA, and product owners to ensure requirements are implemented and tested appropriately. Maintain thorough
documentation
for requirements, design decisions, and change requests. Ensure alignment with
Salesforce best practices , platform limits, and data model design. Support delivery tracking and sprint activities in Agile/Scrum methodology. Required Skills & Experience:
Skill / Requirement Level / Notes Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud 3-7+ years hands-on experience Financial Services Cloud Preferred (not mandatory) Salesforce Data Models, Configs, Integrations Strong working knowledge required Automation Flows / Workflows / Process Builder Required User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Writing Must be strong and independent in Agile BA practices Technical Debt Management Ability to analyze, recommend cleanup strategies Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban) Familiarity required Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong written and verbal communication Salesforce Admin Certification Preferred but not required
Preferred Skills: Experience with
JIRA ,
Confluence , and Agile project tracking tools Exposure to
Salesforce Lightning Experience , custom components, and AppExchange packages Basic understanding of
APIs , integration architecture, and REST/SOAP services Financial industry certifications or experience in
wealth management, banking, or insurance systems Soft Skills: Highly collaborative and team-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Customer-focused with attention to detail Work Schedule: Candidate must be available to work
