We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core product engineering teams. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring someone who can build high-performing teams while maintaining our focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You’ll drive business-critical initiatives, grow a high-performing engineering team, and work cross-functionally to deliver outcomes that move the company forward. This role is ideal for someone who leads with clarity, values ownership, and is energized by building alongside a kind, collaborative team. If you're excited by product-focused engineering and leading a team where your impact is visible and valued—you’ll thrive at Sydecar. Help the team balance delivery speed with technical sustainability
Set a high bar for quality by encouraging craftsmanship, operational rigor, and scalable thinking
Team Leadership and Growth Build a high-trust, high-performing engineering team focused on ownership, urgency, and product impact
Invest in the development of engineers and future leaders by creating growth opportunities that align with team goals
