Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a IT Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Specialist to join in on our next mission with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Ft. Belvoir, VA. This position is the contingent on the award of the contract.
What You'll Do:
Applies business process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct major, enterprise-wide business process evaluation and modernization projects. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration and coordination of effort. Provides guidance and multidisciplined professional leadership to evaluate the client's needs and create cost-effective solutions. Provides Green Belt and Awareness course instruction, student mentoring and project coaching. Provides strategic guidance and assistance in deploying CPI throughout the programs. Serves as a project facilitator during the preparation, execution and post events for CPI Projects and events. Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's in Business Management or other mission-area professional discipline Specific areas of expertise include enterprise mission area-specific functional product and process requirements analysis, systems analysis and design and engineering, and documentation. Demonstrates experience at a senior level in specified mission-area or business process, written and oral communications skills including experience conducting formal presentations. Ability to work independently or with only general guidance and direction. Five (5) years relevant experience Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
