Now Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator Location: Embassy Suite by Hilton - Denton Convention Center
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist the Accounting department with
Accounts Payable
and other duties while ensuring compliance with company standards. Maintain confidentiality of all
team member, vendor, and guest information. Compile and reconcile
daily reports
and
petty cash balances. Support the preparation of statistical reports, such as
cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, and profit/loss. Assist the Human Resources Manager with
recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and other HR duties. Maintain confidential
team member files
in compliance with federal, company, and brand standards. Support
team member recognition and engagement programs. Comply with company policies and embrace OHM's
O'Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture. Skills & Abilities:
Strong
leadership, organizational, and communication
skills. Ability to
problem-solve
and manage competing priorities effectively. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
and HR/Accounting software (e.g.,
ADP Workforce Now
preferred). Ability to
work well under pressure
and maintain a positive attitude. Experience building strong relationships with leadership and teams. Education & Experience:
High school diploma and
2 years of administrative or clerical experience,
or an equivalent level of education and experience. Minimum of
2 years of Human Resources and Accounting experience
preferred. Hours & Physical Requirements:
Hours:
Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work, involving sitting most of the time. Occasionally lifting up to
40 pounds.
Work Environment:
Inside work environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
